Job description
Cambridge Health Alliance seeks a Surgical Technologist to support safe, high-quality surgery for diverse, underserved communities. In this on-site role, you will prepare operating rooms, organize instruments and equipment, maintain sterile technique, and anticipate the needs of surgeons and nurses throughout procedures. You will ensure accurate counts, uphold infection prevention standards, and assist with patient positioning and prepping. Working in an academic, mission-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support teaching and continuous learning, and contribute to equitable, patient-centered care across our community hospitals and health centers.
