Clinical Coordinator – Surgical Technologist

At CHCP, we’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator – Surgical Technologist who’s passionate about mentoring, teaching, and helping students succeed in real-world clinical settings.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain clinical and externship site relationships
Coordinate clinical rotations and faculty schedules
Mentor and support clinical faculty and students
Track student progress, case logs, and evaluations
Ensure students meet all clinical requirements
Maintain accurate records and submit final grades
Assist with student advising and program support
Stay current with continuing education and industry trends
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and academic standards
What you bring
Associate Degree required
Certified Surgical Technologist (NCCA-accredited program)
4+ years of hands‑on surgical tech experience
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and making a difference
