What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist
Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program
Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation & operating room procedures
Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team
Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
Orthopedic surgical experience preferred
