A leading healthcare organization on the Eastern Shore of Maryland is seeking an experienced Surgical Tech First Assist to join its surgical team.
Position Highlights Full-time opportunity
Work alongside an experienced surgical team
Support surgeons during a variety of operative procedures
Assist with surgical exposure, hemostasis, wound closure and other first-assist responsibilities
Fast-paced operating room environment
Collaborative, patient-focused healthcare setting
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist First Assist
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation & sterile technique
Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team
Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical practices
Excellent communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
Appropriate First Assist certification/credentials preferred
