Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50
Pay Info: Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment.

This Operating Room setting (OR) has a total of 10 orthopedic focused operating suites, with an additional 2 ORs that have a focus on Eye procedures. Will work alongside the numerous team members including CRNAs, APPs, RNs, STs and surgeons to assist in invasive and non-invasive surgical procedures to ensure that the operating room environment is safe.
Standard operating hours for this location are Monday-Friday from . This position does include late shifts and rotating call. Call shifts will be for Orthopedic trauma for after hour cases at the level 1 Trauma Center, Sanford Medical Center Fargo. This is considered as off-site Call, where you do not stay in the hospital but need to be available within 30 minutes of being contacted for an Orthopedic Trauma.
This role includes a rotating weekday and weekend call schedule. Currently, this works out to about two weekday call shifts per month, three - four weekends of call per year, and one holiday shift annually (though this may change over time).

Qualifications
Position requirements:
· A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
· Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
· National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.
