Job description
MercyOne Health System in Des Moines seeks a Surgical Technician to join our Operating Room. You will prepare the operating room, instruments, equipment, and supplies, and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures.
The role includes general surgery, gynecology, urology, podiatry, and plastics with 12-hour day shifts (0700–1900). Full-time (36 hours/week). BLS and CST certifications preferred but not required in Iowa; CST must be obtained within 18 months if working in Illinois.
