Job description
Norman Regional Health System seeks a Surgical Technologist I to support safe, efficient surgeries in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sterile fields, setting up instruments and equipment, assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures, and performing accurate counts to protect patient safety. The Surgical Technologist I follows strict infection control and regulatory standards, helps position and prep patients, and works closely with the OR team.
