Job description
UCHealth is seeking a Surgical Technologist Lead to support advanced, patient-centered care in a collaborative, academic medical environment. In this role, you will coordinate daily OR workflows, prepare rooms and instruments, and serve as primary scrub for complex procedures. You’ll mentor and precept techs and students, champion safety and sterile technique, and partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and nurses. UCHealth offers robust education, leadership development, and exposure to leading-edge treatments and research across a large, integrated system.
