Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to provide direct and indirect patient care. The role includes assisting surgeons, preparing sterile fields, training staff, and acting as a lead tech as needed. Candidates must have BLS and an associate degree or certificate in Surgical Technology.
The position requires on-call availability, teamwork with RNs, and a commitment to safety and efficiency across multiple operating room cases.
