Job description
ChristianaCare seeks a Surgical Technologist to support safe, high-quality surgical care within our dynamic Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role prepares operating rooms, ensures sterile technique, manages instruments and equipment, and assists surgeons and nurses throughout procedures. The Surgical Technologist upholds infection prevention standards, supports accurate counts and specimen handling, and collaborates across disciplines to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with ChristianaCare’s values of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
