Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support direct and indirect patient care by assisting the surgeon and performing operative procedures. The role includes scrubbing, back‑table setup, and maintaining a ready supply of instruments and materials.
Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or Certificate in Surgical Technology and a BLS certification, with 1+ year experience preferred. A sign-on and relocation bonus are available. The position is based in Bakersfield, CA.
