Job description
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a Surgical Tech to support the operating room and surgical team in a variety of procedures. You will prepare the OR, assist with instruments, and help maintain a sterile field to promote patient safety and healing.
Ideal candidates have ARC-ST surgical technology training, WA licensure or nurse credentials with CPR/BLS, and a collaborative, team-first mindset. This position emphasizes adaptability and strong communication within the OR.
