Job description
The Surgical Technician at Carle Health functions as part of the perioperative team, serving as a first, second, or assisting technician or second circulator under the direct supervision of the RN.
Independently scrubs basic procedures, maintains sterile technique, prepares supplies, and supports the OR team to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available as part of the compensation package.
