An established and growing organization is looking for an experienced / to lead field surveying crews throughout Richmond, VA.
This is an for someone who can step into a leadership role and confidently manage a crew in demanding field conditions.

• Lead and manage a survey crew of approximately 3–5 team members
• Perform and oversee land surveying activities in the field
• Coordinate daily field operations and ensure work is completed accurately and safely
• Work on a variety of surveying and infrastructure projects
• Communicate effectively with project managers and office personnel
• Maintain quality and productivity standards for the crew
'
✅ 5+ years of surveying experience preferred
✅ Previous Survey Crew Chief / Party Chief experience strongly preferred
✅ Strong field leadership and crew-management skills
✅ Valid driver's license
✅ Comfortable working outdoors and on challenging terrain
✅ Ability to work a typical 5-day schedule with occasional Saturdays
✅ Willingness to travel throughout the Richmond area as needed
Travel outside the area may occasionally be required, with hotel and per diem provided.
