Job description
Gilder Search Group in New Jersey is seeking a Survey Technician or Party Chief to join a long-term leadership track. You’ll work directly under a veteran Survey Department Manager who plans to retire in 12–18 months, learning their systems, standards, and workflow now.
You’ll perform fieldwork with a two-person crew on private development and public utility projects, operate Leica robotic total stations, GPS, and aerial drones, and conduct boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys.
