Daily Responsibilities:
Ensuring high standards of food quality and plate presentation
Utilizing knife skills to prepare sushi ingredients
Managing portion control and food cost
Required Skills:
Experience in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
Proficiency in wok, broiling, sautéing, and fryer techniques
Knowledge of pastry making, soup making, and sauce making
Ability to handle salads, grilling, and prep work efficiently
Strong understanding of food cost management and portion control
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in Japanese cuisine
