Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role: ACARI Management Group Inc is looking for a driven and passionate Sustainability Manager to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide sustainability strategies and programs
Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including energy use, waste reduction, and carbon footprint
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations
Lead sustainability audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Engage stakeholders, vendors, and partners to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals
Prepare and present sustainability reports and updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sustainability management, environmental compliance, or a related role
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, green certifications, and environmental regulations
Experience with sustainability reporting tools and data analysis
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about environmental stewardship
