Job description
World Business Lenders seeks a senior legal executive to lead the Asset Resolution Department, directing nationwide default litigation and recovery strategies for distressed commercial loans secured by real estate.
You will oversee a team of 10 Asset Resolution counsels and 6 support staff, manage 342 active cases, and coordinate with outside counsel to optimize returns while ensuring regulatory compliance.
