Job description
State Street is seeking a Senior Vice President, Head of Assurance and Testing, to define strategy, roadmap, and governance for an enterprise Assurance and Controls Testing COE. You will build capability from startup and progressively onboard controls through a modular intake model.
You will oversee assurance execution across business lines, ensuring evidence-based conclusions stand up to regulators and audits while driving automation and continuous testing initiatives.
