Job description
Vibrant seeks an SVP, Capital Markets to lead strategy and execution turning loan production into liquidity, gain-on-sale, and balance-sheet flexibility. You will align loan sales, pricing, hedging, investor relations, subservicing, and servicing monetization as a single capital-markets discipline under CFO oversight.
You will develop disciplined execution cadence with Finance, Lending, and MALCO, driving pricing, risk management, and earnings outcomes compliant with approved parameters.
