Job description
For our client, we are seeking a SVP Director, Brand Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will guide brand strategy efforts that strengthen client relationships, support new business growth, and elevate the quality of strategic thinking across the organization. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape communication strategies and deliver high-impact recommendations. It is well suited for a strategic marketing leader who can balance executive presence, client service, and commercial impact in a fast-paced agency environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $220,000 annually
Responsibilities
Provide leadership that enhances strategic ideas and outputs
Lead strategy development for new business and senior-level presentations
Promote agency methodologies and innovation across teams
Identify and pursue growth opportunities to meet financial goals
Enhance client value through proactive strategy identification
Integrate communication strategy across functional teams
Set and uphold standards for strategic excellence within the department
Drive cross-functional collaboration for high-impact solutions
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in brand strategy leadership
Proven track record in managing high-level client relationships
Strong executive presence and leadership capabilities
Expertise in driving strategic growth and innovation
Demonstrated ability to shape and influence cross-functional teams
