We are seeking an entreprenurial minded SVP of Finance & Accounting/CFO Level Professional to lead the finance function of an established, multi-location/state consumer services organization based in Milwaukee, WI .
Your responsibilities :
Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, improve profitability, and support business growth.
Oversee accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, and internal controls across the division.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance analysis.
Evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with corporate leadership on financial governance, risk management, and business priorities.
Lead and develop finance teams, driving accountability, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
CPA or MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
5+ years of senior leadership experience , including oversight of financial operations, operational performance, and strategic business partnering.
Strong background in multi-unit or multi-location businesses , ideally within hospitality, retail, entertainment, or consumer services.
Experience leading finance functions within a larger corporate or publicly traded organization.
Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, US GAAP, capital planning, and executive business partnering.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in the Greater Milwaukee area.
