Job description
Elm City Communities (Housing Authority of New Haven) is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance, IT & Procurement to join its executive leadership team. In this highly visible role, you will oversee finance, accounting, information technology, procurement, compliance, budgeting, and audit activities.
You will shape financial strategy for major redevelopment and LIHTC projects, manage relationships with auditors and government partners, and provide strategic recommendations to the board.
