Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Vice President / General Manager, Operating Unit Lead to steer the AMER Services portfolio, optimizing utilization, bookings, and revenue across the unit. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to design AI-native service models and scalable offerings.
Lead a high-performing team, drive multi-year transformation programs, and build industry-aligned strategies to improve customer outcomes and adoption of Salesforce products.
