Job description
Bridge33 Capital, a Denver-based private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Leasing to lead nationwide leasing strategies for stabilized, value-add, and opportunistic retail assets. You will drive NOI, source anchor and inline leases, and manage a high-performing leasing team across 25 states.
The role requires 8–12+ years in sophisticated retail leasing, strong negotiation, and advanced Excel capabilities. MBA preferred; AI tools familiarity is a plus.
