Job Description:
Role: SVP Next Gen Electronic Trading Lead
Location: New York City, NY, Jersey City NJ - 3 Days Onsite per week
Salary Range :
$200k to $230k per annum
Must-Have Skills
10+ years software engineering experience
Expert Core Java
Low-latency distributed systems
Algorithmic trading systems
Smart order routing
Benchmark execution algorithms
FIX protocol expertise
Microservices architecture
Have experience building and highly supporting performance-sensitive, low-latency systems.
Come from investment banks, market makers, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, or electronic trading organizations.
Bring domain expertise in electronic trading, market data, algorithmic execution, and broader capital markets technology.
Demonstrate both deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of trading environments.
