Verse Medical in NYC is seeking an SVP, Operations to own and scale the company's core operating engine. The role reports to the CEO and will build systems, teams, metrics, and cadences to deliver high-quality, compliant, scalable operations.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations, proven ability to scale complex, regulated processes, and strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance. Hybrid work from NYC office.
