Job description
Lead the overall product vision and strategy with a heavy focus on integrating AI and agentic architectures across Toptal's platforms. Manage the product organization's operating model, resourcing, and high-bar hiring to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree (technical preferred) and at least 15 years of software product management experience, including 8 years leading other product leaders. Must have deep, hands‑on expertise in shipping AI-enabled products and fluency in growth marketing.
