We are seeking an experienced Senior UX / Product Designer to join a highly collaborative product organization focused on building and evolving complex enterprise platforms. This is an opportunity for a design leader who thrives in solving challenging workflow and systems problems, enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, and can bring clarity and strategic thinking to large-scale user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate complex enterprise environments, influence cross-functional teams, and create intuitive experiences for sophisticated products and platforms. You should be comfortable owning the design process end-to-end — from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead UX and product design initiatives across enterprise-scale platforms and applications
Define user experiences for complex workflows, systems, and data-heavy products
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy and execution
Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable design solutions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Drive design consistency and contribute to scalable design systems
Use rapid prototyping and iterative design approaches to validate ideas quickly
Advocate for user-centered design best practices across teams
Present concepts, strategies, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership
Help elevate overall design quality, process, and collaboration within the organization
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of UX/Product Design experience
Proven expertise in end-to-end product design and UX methodologies
Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with product and engineering teams
Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complicated workflows and user journeys
Excellent visual, interaction, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise, financial services, fintech, SaaS, or other complex regulated environments
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern design workflows
Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving product environments
Strong understanding of collaborative, prototype-first product development approaches
