Job description
Talener is recruiting for a SVP, Product Engineering to lead product strategy and execution in a hybrid, US-based role with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones. The successful candidate will partner with Engineering leadership to drive a scalable SaaS platform, manage budgets, and align across multiproduct portfolios.
Strong customer-driven delivery and prior digital transformation experience are required.
