Job description
McLaren Oakland Region is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the hospital-wide SWAT Nurse, responding to patient care units to handle urgent needs and provide emergency response as required. The RN will assess changes in status and assist with rapid interventions, including transport of critical patients within the hospital and ultrasound-guided IV starts.
The role emphasizes adherence to nursing standards, documentation, and collaboration across disciplines, with participation in Code Blue
