Our hope is that individuals become not only a part of our team but of our family!Job DetailsVonachen Group is looking to hire a Sweeper/Scrubber Operator on 2nd Shift in Des Moines, IA.The Scrubber Operator is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.Job responsibilities:Sweep and scrub the factory floors with a ride on sweeper/scrubber. Clean up reported spills according to guidelines, generally water and oil.Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment daily.Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.Do daily inspections of the equipment and report any maintenance that needs to be done.Job requirements:Skills and Abilities Must be 18 years or olderMust have reliable transportationAbility to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performanceGood communication skillsStrong detail orientationCustomer-oriented and friendlyExperience with Scrubber Operator experience is a plusEducation and Experience High school diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods of timeRepeat the same movementsFrequent bending and twistingAble to lift, push & pull 50lbsAble to work flexible hours including eveningsDetailsFull-Time- Monday-Friday- 2nd Shift$19/hrFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTDMust pass pre-employment requirements as neededNow offering Daily Pay!Additional Information / Benefits401K/403b PlanShort Term DisabilityDental InsurancePaid VacationLong Term DisabilityVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceThe following shifts are available:Night shift
