nAbout the Role:
nJoin the SafeSplash Lakewood and Englewood team as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard and make a splash in the lives of our students! We are looking for Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching swimming and ensuring water safety in a fun and supportive environment.
nResponsibilities:
nConduct swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
nDevelop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance swimming skills.
nEnsure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons.
nProvide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
nCommunicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
nAssist in maintaining a clean and organized pool area.
nParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve teaching techniques.
nPromote a positive learning environment that fosters confidence and enjoyment in swimming.
nRequirements:
nCurrent CPR and First Aid certification required.
nExperience in teaching swimming or a background in aquatics preferred.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
nPassion for swimming and a commitment to student success.
nMust be at least 16 years old and able to swim proficiently.
nPositive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
nWillingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
