Job description
British Swim School Cudahy is seeking a growth-minded Site Leader to manage daily operations, safety, and the learning environment. You’ll open/close the site, supervise lifeguard coverage, and serve as the go-to on-site contact for instructors, families, and partners.
Lead the team, schedule staffing, assist with hiring and onboarding, drive enrollment growth, support local marketing, and shape the site culture and standards to deliver safe, high-quality swim lessons.
