Job description
Barnes Aerospace Ogden division is seeking a Unit Team Lead for swing shift to provide day-to-day leadership and hands-on support. You will coordinate workflow, assist with scheduling, troubleshoot issues, and promote safety and accountability within the department.
The role emphasizes collaboration across all levels, hands-on supervision, and a focus on maintaining production goals and quality standards. Hours are 3:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday, with every other Friday off.
