Job description
Barnes Aerospace in Ogden is seeking a Unit Team Lead for the swing shift to provide day-to-day leadership and hands-on support to meet production goals, safety standards, and quality expectations.
You will coordinate workflow, assist with scheduling, troubleshoot, and drive process improvements while promoting safety, collaboration and accountability within the department. Hours are 3:30pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday, with every other Friday off.
