Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur Client in New Kensington, PA seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Programmer to join their team!
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay:
DOE
Responsibilities
Develop, simulate, and implement complex multi-axis G-code programs for Swiss-style lathes using CAM software
Perform comprehensive machine setups
Identify and implement cycle time reductions and tool-life improvements
Maintain tolerances as tight as ±.0005”. Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process monitoring using CMMs, vision systems, and manual metrology tools.
Able to diagnose repair and perform mechanical troubleshooting
Requirements
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in CNC Swiss machining, with at least 5 years dedicated to independent programming and setup.
Mastery of G-code/M-code and fluency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Advanced proficiency in CAM programming and CAD software
Prior experience operating within highly regulated environments, such as Aerospace or Medical.
