We are looking for a Switch Production Assembler to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location.Detroit Lakes is the home office for SJE and is the leading manufacturer of our liquid level control products, including pump control panels, alarm systems, float switches, and level monitoring solutions. Our SJE Rhombus brand is a leading provider of liquid level control products and pump control solutions for the water, wastewater, and sewage industries across residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and agricultural sectors.The job:As our Switch Production Assembler, you will build float switches according to the production schedule. You will have the opportunity to work with tools, machines, robots, and automation equipment. You will work in a safe, clean and air-conditioned environment!These float switches detect the level of liquid within a tank or container, acting as a mechanical switch to operate pumps, valves, or alarms. Our float switches can be found in residential, commercial, municipal and agricultural settings.The skills, education, and experience you need:To succeed in this role, you must:Be a team playerHave a willingness to learn new skillsTake pride in your workmanshipBe productiveHave reliable transportationPride yourself on good attendance and being on-timeNo other experience or knowledge is required. Three day shift schedules available:Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 amMonday – Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 12:00 pmFriday – Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pmWhat is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year plus 8 paid holidays.What is the starting wage? The starting salary for this position is $18.00 per hour.What benefits do you offer?
