Job description
Galen Medical Group is seeking a Switchboard Operator to support our Chattanooga region with front desk and telephone duties. You will answer calls, register patients, and help schedule appointments while maintaining patient information and ensuring smooth office operations.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential. Experience in a healthcare setting and typing 35 WPM are preferred to ensure efficient patient care and accurate record-keeping.
