Job description
Bank of America is seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel for GCIB Enterprise Credit and Corporate Banking on syndicated loan matters. You will review and negotiate documents, prepare guaranties, and advise on regulatory risk while supervising outside counsel.
You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to mitigate risk and enable business growth.
