$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

System Administrator (MSP)

We don’t just fix issues—we guide clients, build trust, and shape infrastructure that actually works for real-world business.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver hands-on support for desktops, servers, networking, and cloud tools
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers (2016–2022), Office 365, and LAN/WAN setups
Configure routers, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs
Act as a trusted advisor to clients—explaining tech in plain English, and guiding smart solutions
Work closely with a collaborative support team while taking ownership of your tickets and time
What You Bring:
Must have MSP experience - MSP industry experience
2+ years of hands-on IT support
Solid background in Windows OS (10/11), Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
Proficiency with networking (IP addressing, VLANs, firewalls, WLAN), and routers (Cisco, SonicWALL, etc.)
Backup and recovery knowledge (Symantec, ShadowProtect a plus)
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
A genuine customer-first attitude (and patience to match)
