Systems AdministratorLocation: Washington, DCDuration: 12 months (Onsite)Seeking for a System Administrator to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise systems while providing high-quality end-user and client support. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new requirements, analyze system data, and ensure ongoing system stability and performance.Day-to-day Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for client and end-user system requestsCollaborate with design and development teams to define new requirementsAnalyze system data and assist with remediation efforts, enhancements, and updatesSkills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsProven experience providing end-user supportExcellent writing capabilityProficiency in IBM TRIRIGAExperience with Software Development Lifecycle DevelopmentRequirements gathering and documentationEnd user supportEducation:Bachelor's Degree
