Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a System Architect to support system architecture development for a Financial Systems Infrastructure, Operations and Maintenance, and development program at the Department of Homeland Security.
Responsibilities
The System Architect will be a key technical lead on a team of 20+ engineers, developers, and system administrators for a suite of financial systems supporting DHS. This will include architecture analysis, future trend analysis, and providing recommendations for improvement to the system architecture.

Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries, and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
