Job description
Eastern New Mexico University seeks a System Attorney with 3-5 years of legal experience to support its university system in governance and compliance. You will review contracts, assist with policy development, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including Open Meetings, Open Records, Title IX, and FERPA.
The role focuses on employee and student relations when legal issues arise, serving as a liaison to internal administrators and the outside General Counsel.
