About the Role
Location: Redmond, WA
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support satellite connectivity initiative, with the rollout of manufacturing test software for OHA 3.1 satellite components.
This role focuses on Python-based test systems, hardware/software integration, and manufacturing test station deployment. You will work closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and production teams across approximately 20 test stations.
Key Responsibilities
Support test station bring-up, deployment, commissioning, and qualification.
Integrate test software with hardware, instruments, and fixtures.
Support measurement stability and repeatability testing.
Collaborate with software, hardware, and manufacturing teams.
Support deployment and maintenance of manufacturing test software.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with test automation/test systems development.
Manufacturing, production, hardware, or laboratory testing experience.
Desired Qualifications
OOP with Python
RS-232, GPIB, or I2C
National Instruments/test instrumentation
Aerospace, satellite, electronics, or semiconductor experience
Salary and Other Compensation:
The salary for this position is between $140,000 – $150,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
