To learn more about our business lines, visit our website.WHERE YOU WILL WORKYou will be working at our Carlisle, Pennsylvania facility.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs the System Support Analyst, you will be part of a help desk team. You will work on ServiceNow request tickets and incidents. There will be a concentration of handling network and equipment installation and problem solving. You will be responsible for all equipment in the facility, printers, computers, barcode equipment. You will also support other locations with their requests and incidents.RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze and evaluate reported issues, end user application requirements to determine optimum resolutionAnalyze end user application requirements and assign appropriate systemsManage and support all company software and their environmentsManage and support all company hardware including communication devicesManage user accounts; setup, modification and deletion based on the proper approvals through the ticketing systemAnalyze the training needs of the end user, then provides proper training materialComplete tickets and projects within the required SLA or target dateREQUIREMENTSAssociate's Degree2 years of experienceMust be proficient in O365, MS Azure, Active Directory, knowledge of networking and PC repair and installation, knowledge of printer/copiers and label printers, ServiceNow experience helpfulMust have experience in Meraki switches, cameras, and access pointsMust be detail oriented and able to multitask while being courteous and professional to our internal customersMust be able to communicate clearly and coach as neededMust be able to work a flexible work schedule and be available after normal work hoursENVIRONMENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPhysical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
