People Management (Primary Focus)
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 30–50 engineers and program managers across U.S. sites
Own the full people lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, career development, and succession planning
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in accountability and collaboration
Hardware Program Execution
Oversee long-term hardware programs: timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing
Anticipate and mitigate risks through structured prioritization
Ensure executive visibility through clear governance and reporting cadence
Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $180,000.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
