Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Executive Director of Maintenance Operations to provide enterprise-wide leadership, strategic direction, and regulatory compliance for maintenance across multiple regional hospitals.
This role drives standardization, reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, leads a multidisciplinary team, and partners with hospital leadership to support system-wide facilities excellence and asset stewardship.
