JOB DESCRIPTION:
Typical tasks and activities associated with the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Implement applications to support projects, departments, organizations, or corporate services.
Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.
Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions.
Analyze business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and provide costing estimates for options analysis, map interdependencies, and produce the required functional and technical specifications or process re-engineering recommendations.
Provide system expertise to both functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration of solutions across the application(s).
Provide application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues, providing training, and reporting to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with troubleshooting and making minor modifications in Digital Workplace Catalog and DWP
Familiarity in installing/patching ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.x and newer.
Familiarity in data configurations of ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.x and newer.
Familiarity in Smart Reporting install, configurations, and ability to make minor modifications.
Ability to review remedy workflow via dev-studio and troubleshoot performance issues including, enabling various kind of logs and identifying workflows or platform aspects from a root cause analysis.
Also, being able to run utilities for post DB copy updates, foundation data loads (manually or through DMT tool)
Analyzing SOAP, REST and atrium-integrator based integrations.
Familiarity in working with Operating system mainly Linux.
Experience working with support for creating tickets and providing log files etc. is key
