Systems Engineer – Subject Matter Expert

Location: Chantilly, VA (On-Site) Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Required
Evans & Chambers Technology seeks a Systems Engineer SME supporting ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
System build-out, maintenance, monitoring
Requirements decomposition and allocation
Functional and cost analysis
Systems integration and lifecycle support
ATO/Accreditation support
Security scanning, POAM tracking, RMF/NIST compliance
Tier 3/4 support
Monthly release management (occasional evening support required)
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
AWS cloud experience
SQL proficiency
Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
Terraform or CloudFormation
DevSecOps experience
Linux administration
Accreditation processes (RMF, Xacta, GreenLight)
Desired Qualifications
IdAM/ICAM delivery experience
LDAP
Security+ or CISSP
AWS Certification
